In the past three years, the company’s leading products have been among the best in the market share of publishing and printing equipment and flexible packaging printing equipment, and it is a well-deserved domestic printing equipment manufacturing head enterprise. Behind many awards is an equipment manufacturing enterprise’s diligence in enterprise management, unremitting “pursuit” of innovative technology and extreme “demanding” of craftsman spirit.

At the 2020 National Science and Technology Awards Conference, the “Key Technology and Series Product Development Project of High-end Packaging and Printing Equipment” completed by Shaanxi Beiren Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., an intelligent subsidiary of Beiren, won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. At the 10th Beijing International Technology Exhibition held in 2021, a number of new products such as “SMLX200A digital post-press production line”, “POE-CI300 satellite paper EB/UV offset press”, and “web offset commercial printing press” appeared on the exhibition site, attracting many customers to stop and watch. “Our pace of innovation and R&D has never stopped. Beiren Intelligent National Green Factory, located in Beijing, doesn’t have the “dusty” and “messy” appearance of the equipment manufacturing workshop in the traditional impression. Beiren Intelligent’s new product, BEIREN 3545A web offset commercial printing press, is constantly running. This is the final commissioning stage before delivery. The staff use a magnifying glass to check the color lines on the printed paper in detail. They need to make sure that the four color lines on the paper coincide completely and there is no dot deformation. “Even a little protruding burr edge is not allowed.” The staff told reporters. It is understood that this huge printing machine can achieve high-precision control in the field of commercial publishing, with a printing speed of up to 45,000 sheets per hour and a print quality of 200 lines, and its clarity is comparable to that of photos.
